“To live as a family God’s original design, to live His Kingdom at home and then show it to the world, inspiring other families to live the Kingdom of God and His true design.”

Their story

Wilmer grew up among missionaries: his family served in Equatorial Guinea, Africa, and during that time he received the call to Indigenous tribes. Jennifer grew up in the King’s Kids ministry. Together they have been part of YWAM for about 22 years and married in 2008; since then they have traveled to different bases working with children and young people.

They led King’s Kids at YWAM Bucaramanga, but their desire was to give themselves fully to Indigenous tribes. Then Pastor Jaime Useche told them about the El Puente base and, in 2015, they moved with their whole family to JUCUM Leticia, where they led that base for eight years. Today they work with children, young people and families in six Indigenous communities: they do discipleship, support the local church, teach English through the Bible and accompany a support program for pregnant women.
