Full-time missionary
““All things were created through him and for him.” (Colossians 1:16)”
Natalia came to the Amazon in 2018 to take the Discipleship Training School. Since then God spoke to her about having a place in this land and a love for the Amazon was kindled in her. She returned to Pereira to train as an ethno-education teacher and, the week after graduating, came back to the JUCUM Leticia base to serve full time, following the calling God had given her years earlier.
Today she serves in the school for training Indigenous leaders, in the yearly medical brigade, in the oral Bible translation ministry and in the base’s logistical support: accounting and hospitality. She is also studying public accounting (seventh semester) and dreams of combining her training with ministry: educational and social-intervention projects and discipleship for women and children; afterward she wants to earn a master’s degree in social-intervention project management. She also makes crochet and beaded items, and wants that skill to be a discipleship tool for the women in the communities. Her desire: that the gospel of the Kingdom reach every people of Colombia.
